E m p l o y m e n t Return to top.	Max and Erma's 1999 to present Manage all employees, esuring customer satisfaction, resolving problems, acting decisively. Work with computers, numbers, deposits, productivity, and projects. Abilities gained include people, leadership and productivity skills, and controlling a fast-paced effeciency based service. McWhorter's Landscaping 2001-2003 Experience with all types of landscape installation; brick paver projects, rock wall, some concrete. Every type of plant from groundcover to 4" caliber trees. Work on government jobs (ODOT) and residential. Understand plans and how to lay them out, limited design experience. Learned importance of doing the job right the first time, and how to be fast and efficient while still creating a high quality product.
